As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were nervous about beginning our search. From day 1, Neil was our biggest advocate, teacher, and supporter. No question was a dumb question. Neil also does a fantastic job of not just looking at the surface level stuff- sure, he will also talk about the flow of a room or other aesthetic aspects, but he will also look for cracks in the ceiling, where water might have leaked, tell you what to watch for and provide recommendations beyond what we typically would have looked for. Neil provided his thoughts, but never in a way that took away from our agency and the direction we wanted to go. I sincerely trust Neil, and would certainly work with him again- but the house we got with him is so great, I might not need to!

His ability to point out things in a house was really helpful, especially given inspections were seen as a big negative on offers when we were looking.
